The short version. AirMirror Pro is free, from the Microsoft Store. Pro is a $5.99 add-on, bought inside the app, that removes the five-minute limit and the watermark from recordings and includes every Pro feature added later. It is a one-time purchase, there is no subscription, and it does not expire.
Mirroring and iPhone control are free and never timed. Mirroring, controlling your iPhone with your mouse and keyboard, screenshots, TV Mode and OBS Mode have no limits. Free recordings stop at five minutes and carry a small watermark. Use it free for as long as you want on your own PC before deciding.
AirMirror Pro is licensed to you under the Microsoft Standard Application License Terms, except for the open-source components described under Source code, which are licensed under their own terms. This page explains in plain English what that means for AirMirror Pro. You are licensed to use the software; you are not buying the software itself.
Pro is a durable add-on in the Microsoft Store. It does not expire. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and there is nothing to renew or cancel. If the price changes later, it does not change for you.
Pro features added in later versions are included at no extra cost. Updates come through the Microsoft Store like any other, and the add-on you already own unlocks them.
You buy it inside the app: click Upgrade to Pro at the right-hand end of the menu bar. Microsoft is the seller: it takes the payment and its terms apply to the transaction.
Pro belongs to the Microsoft account you bought it with. On a new or rebuilt PC, sign in to the Microsoft Store with the same account, install AirMirror Pro, and Pro comes back. There is no key to keep, nothing to email us about, and no Machine ID.
Each time it starts, AirMirror Pro asks the Microsoft Store, through Windows, whether your account owns the Pro add-on. That exchange is between the app, Windows and Microsoft; nothing is sent to us. The privacy policy has the detail.
Because mirroring and iPhone control are free with no time limit, and free recordings of up to five minutes are real recordings from the same engine, you can evaluate AirMirror Pro on your own PC before paying anything. Please do that first, on the actual PC you intend to use.
If Pro does not work, that is a different matter. If the upgrade does not unlock, the watermark does not go away, or recordings still stop at five minutes, email support@airmirrorpro.com and we will fix it. Refunds for Store purchases are issued by Microsoft, not by us; if we cannot fix it, we will help you request one. We would rather you get your money back than be stuck with something that does not work.
Where you live may give you statutory refund rights that are stronger than this. Nothing here limits those.

The AirPlay engine runs as a separate process and its source is available under GPLv3 at the project repository. The GPLv3 terms govern that component, and nothing on this page overrides them.
AirMirror Pro is provided as it is. It runs on Windows 10 and above, and it depends on your network, your phone and your PC — a great deal of which is outside our control. We do not promise it will work with every device, every network or every future version of iOS, and we are not liable for lost recordings, missed streams or anything else that follows from using it. Buy Pro for what the free version already does on your machine. Features listed as coming soon are planned, not promised for a particular date.
